TUI Business Services GmbH (TBS) is an internationally positioned service company of TUI Group and offers shared services for the sectors Finance & Accounting, Facility & Logistics and Human Resources. An other sector represents the Purchasing Services.
Due to the merger of similar departments from several companies to one Shared Service Centre, synergies and efficiencies through optimisation of processes and organisational structures can be realised. As a result, cost and quality benefits, higher flexibility during the implementation of modified corporate guidelines as well as quicker handling cycles can be achieved.
Our approximately 400 employees assure that our affiliated companies benefit from high quality services, competitive prices and client-orientated structures of the Shared Service Centre.
The Management consists of Martin Wichary and Reinhard Will. In addition Reinhard is Head of the Shared Service Centre TBS UK in Luton, England, with 85 employees in the sector Finance and Accounting. Furthermore, national and international Business Process Outsourcing Partners are contracted, with more than 200 employees working in the finance sector.
TUI Leisure Travel Service GmbH(TLTS)

TLTS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBS and provides several services regarding accounting and administration for travel agencies, especially for owned shops and franchisees of TUI Deutschland GmbH, but also for 3rd party customers.
TLTS is located in Neuss with around 80 own and 10 BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) employees and is responsible for 2,3 Bill. EUR processed turnover of 550 travel agencies and online shops/web portals in full-service accounting supported by RBS/SAP.
For franchise travel agencies TLTS offers full -service - accounting and hotline support and/or part – service accounting for 250 self-service accounting customers in the system landscape of Jojo Complete/Scopevisio.
Furthermore the TLTS provides invoicing and invoice processing/ on-debiting of fees, technical equipment, provisions and more, for TUID owned shops, franchisees and some TUI entities centrally.
Beside the organization of the running business and creation of processes for travel agencies in the area of accounting and administration, TLTS also supports project activities in this economic environment.

The company developed a leading information tool for their travel industry which allows agencies and agency organizations to execute targeted kickback and bonus management.
With the dual leadership Adolf Hoffmann and Volker Spies the expansions strategy of the company will be carried on.
