Recruiting Office

  • Efficient Recruiting services, e.g. professional preselection of suitable candidates, provision of telephone interviews, job interviews and assessment centre
  • Presentation of TUI as an attractive employer towards applicants through individual conception and implementation of personnel marketing measurements
  • Active approach of candidates (Active Sourcing) via social network and databases
  • Development and maintenance of applicant pool
  • Performance of interview and applicant trainings
  • Implementation and constant further development of the eRecruiting-system myTUI Career; User support & supply of standard- and ad-hoc-reportings


  • Payroll accounting for approx. 17,000 employees and company pensioners per month
  • Processing of statutory registration and statements, continued payment of wages in absence, seizure
  • Billing of special payments, employee shares, loans, company cars, monetary advantage etc.
  • Contact person for personnel departments of group companies, financial accounting, auditors and tax consultants, social insurance agencies, insurances and collection agencies

Training & Development

  • Conception, organisation and provision of trainings, seminars, workshops, coaching and other events which are adapted to the needs of TUI (e.g. through internal trainers as „TUI - Experts“)
  • Provider of learning platforms and development of solutions for learning and development programs which are adapted to the needs of the business


  • Administration of employer side company pension of 9,000 active and 7,000 passive members as well as executive bodies (management and board)
  • Managing the determination of the extent of liability for accounting of German group companies
  • Implementation of information events and individual consultation regarding company pension (deferred compensation), social security benefits and financial effects when utilizing early company pension
  • Assistance and consultation of companies with setup and closing of supply arrangements
